The African Journal of One Health (AJOH) is a peer-reviewed, bi-annual, open-access journal published by the One Health Institute (OHI), Usmanu Danfodiyo University (UDU), Sokoto, Nigeria. AJOH provides a platform for the dissemination of interdisciplinary research and policy-relevant studies addressing the interconnection between human, animal, and environmental health across Africa and globally. We welcome original manuscripts based on theoretical, empirical, or mixed-methods approaches that inform One Health practice, education, and policy. Articles submitted to AJOH are expected to foster collaboration among researchers, professionals, and policymakers in the fields of medicine, veterinary sciences, public health, agriculture, environmental sciences, social sciences, and other related disciplines.
